This April, US Department of Veterans Affairs, which administrates American veterans' information, got attacks more than 300 million times. US Office of Personnel Management, which also collects sensitive information about US civil service, started being punched by hackers since two years ago, and now 21 million files has been disclosed.Not only government, big companies also suffer from hackers and economic loss. On March 20 th, 2013, a large number of South Korean banks and TV stations got attacked and people were deprived of TV programs of cash from ATMs. They lived in panic in about 5 years till the country back to normal.
