经筋刺法治疗周围性面瘫经验浅谈

The clinical experience on the treatment of facial paralysis based on the Jing Jin acupuncture therapy

面瘫是以口角向一侧歪斜、眼睑闭合不全为主的病证,又称为"口眼歪斜",其发生常与正气不足、劳累过度、情志不舒、风寒或风热之毒邪乘虚而入,导致经气闭阻,经筋功能失调。该症可发生任何年龄,发病急,病位在面部,与少阳、阳明、太阳经的经筋相关。经筋刺法治疗周围性面瘫,是根据中医经筋理论及临床经验创立的,以补气血,通经络,促进局部血液循环,改善局部供氧,加速神经水肿的吸收,从而使面部肌肉恢复其功能,效果明显。

Facial paralysis is such a disease that eyelid closure is not complete with spat to a side askew, also known as the ＂askew eye mouth＂. It often happens due to the deficiency of vital Qi, overwork, emotional change, cold or hot wind evil, which can cause the bullishness of resistance, dysfunction of Jing Jin. The disease can occur at any age, attack urgently, and be shown in face, with the relationship with Shaoyang, Yangming and Taiyang meridian. It belongs to the peripheral facial paralysis in Western medicine. Facial paralysis is caused by the nonspecific inflammation of facial nerve. The Jing Jin acupuncture therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is based on the reinforcement theory of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and rich clinical experience. It can reinforce Qi, blood and meridians, promote local blood circulation, improve local oxygen and accelerate the absorption of nerve edema, making facial muscles to recover, and showing obvious effects.
