淮南市医疗废物监督管理现状分析与对策

Current status and countermeasures of supervision and management of medical waste in Huainan city

本文通过对淮南市2012年与2013年32家市管医疗机构医疗废物管理监督检查结果进行对比和分析,盘点各级各类医疗机构在医疗废物管理制度建立、人员培训、安全防护、分类收集和内部转运以及暂存设施的设置等诸方面现状,对存在问题提出对策和建议,旨在探索医疗废物监督管理的有效方式和方法,进一步加强医疗废物管理,规范医疗卫生机构医疗废物安全处置行为。

Through analyzing the supervision and inspection results of medical waste in 32 medical institutions in 2012 and 2013,this paper discuss the current status of management mechanism,personal training,safety protection,classified collection and internal operation system of medical waste in different medical institutions,and put forward the countermeasure and suggestions to the problems.The aim of the research is to explore effective measures to supervisor inspect medical waste,and to regulate the disposal behaviors of medical waste in medical institutions.
