摘要 以磷酸盐系统玻璃为基质,添加微量元素及抗菌成分,制备了能够提供植物整个生长周期所需养分的缓释磷酸盐抗菌玻璃肥料,研究了水解温度、PH值、粒度对其缓释速率的影响规律,同时,也研究了肥料的抗菌性能。所制备的缓释磷酸盐抗菌玻璃肥料具有很好的缓释效果和抗菌性,其中该缓释肥料所具有的抗菌性是这种缓释肥料的一大突出特点。相关研究为缓释磷酸盐抗菌玻璃肥料的生产和应用提供了必要的基础,所制备的缓释磷酸盐抗菌玻璃肥料也具有很好的生产前景。 By using phosphate as the substrate component of glass, phosphate glass fertilizers with various contents of trace elements and antibacterial ingredients are prepared. The fertilizers can provide the nutrients that the plant need in their whole growth cycle. Experiments are carried out to find the solubility of the fertilizers under different temperate, PH, size values, and an analysis and a discussion are made of the relation-ship of the composition, structure and solubility of the antimicrobial slow-release phosphate glass fertilizers. The fertilizers are proved with good slow-release effecl and antimicrobial effect .Antimicrobial effect is the salient feature that the fertilizers have. Research for the production and application of slow-release fertilizer phosphate antimicrobial glass provides the necessary foundation for sustained release of phosphate fertilizer, the prepared antimicrobial glass also has a good production prospects.
