基于普元软件平台的高校临时校园卡申请系统的设计与开发

Design and Development of University Management Platform of Application of Temporary Campas Cards Based on Primeton Software Platform

高校临时校园卡申请在缺乏有效系统进行管理的情况下,存在申请繁琐、管理松散、审核不严、人事信息无法共享、申请人员类型复杂、数据不易统计的问题.针对以上问题,该文介绍了基于普元BPS（Business Process Suite,简称流程平台）产品开发的高校临时校园卡申请系统,该系统借助于工作流引擎解决了临时校园卡在线申请及审核一系列流程的运行和监控问题,通过系统的运行使用,证实系统能简化临时校园卡的申请过程,有效发挥各部门的职能作用,强化审核力度,确保一人最多只能成功申请一张临时校园卡,将对高校临时校园卡的管理推向新的高度。

Nowsdays,the managerment of application of temporary campus cards lacks an effective system in the university. Thismaks the application very complicated, and brings loose management, not strictly auditing.In addition,the personnel informationcan not be shared, and the data is not easy to be calculated, etc. To solve the above problems, this paper introduces workflow en-gine, and based on,the University Management Platform of application of temporary campus cards based on Primeton Business Pro-cess Suite is developed. It can solve the running and monitoring issues of application and review processes. After release and usertesting, it was proved that the system can simplify the application process,maks the departments play theirs roles more effectively,strengthen the audit level,to ensure that one person can only own one temporary card,finally,raise the managerment standard of tem-porary campus cards to a heigher level.
