High-qualified teacher team is an important part for universities, and the key to improve the instruction quality of highereducation. Nowadays, the situation faced by recruitment in the universities is becoming increasingly complicated. The traditionalinformation processing method can not satisfy the practical need of recruitment.Meanwhile, the recruitment software isn＇t targeted.Aiming at this problem, this paper, with the background of university teachers＇ online recruitment system development and core ofmodules in the current online recruitment, is devoted to invent the management information system which is practical and suitablefor online recruitment in the universities.Through the online registration system this platform, can realize the examinee registrationmanagement information, network, systematic, standardized management, from the complex data query and statistics in relief, better grasp the register situation.
