摘要
为提高混凝土泵车泵送效率,采用仿真与试验相结合的方法对泵送油缸的行程进行研究。基于Simulation X软件平台,搭建简化的泵送液压系统及油缸模型,通过对模型加载、换向信号处理并进行仿真,再现了泵送油缸的运动过程以及U型管流量脉冲;同时采用自行设计的油缸行程测试装置,对各种工况下油缸的行程进行了检测。利用试验数据与仿真结果对比,验证了仿真手段的可靠性。
The pumping cylinder is key component of the truck-mounted concrete pump. It adopts simulation and test combining to study the running of the pumping cylinder for advancing the pumping efficiency. Based on the Simulation X, it builds the model of the simple hydraulic system and cylinder. It simulates the work process and flow impulse of the U pipe again by loading to model and dealing with switch direction signal and simulating. At the same time, it uses the test equipment about the running cylinder which is designed by it, observing the running cylinder in various work status. It compares the test data with simulation result and proves the reliability the means of simulation.
