The problems on mathematical education for graduate students in engineering college are analyzed,the innovative system is constructed from the set of curriculum,evaluation system,the responsibility and right of the mentor,monitoring of the process and insurance of the policy. The function of loose and strict principle in the process of the teaching is also researched,which is of great importance to cultivate the excellent graduates and promote the quality of mathematical education.
