高职护生自立人格与职业成熟度的相关研究

Research on correlation between independent personality and vocational maturity of vocational nursing students

[目的]探讨高职护生自立人格和职业成熟度的发展现状及二者之间的关系,为高职护生的人格培养和职业教育提供理论支持。[方法]采用自立人格量表、职业成熟度问卷对755名在校高职护生进行调查。[结果]人际责任、个人主动、个人责任、人际灵活等自立人格的大多数特质与职业成熟度呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.44,0.42,0.39,0.38);自立人格对职业成熟度有较强的正向预测力(R=0.64,F=73.60,P<0.01)。[结论]自立人格的健康发展可对职业成熟度产生积极的影响。

Objective：To probe into the development status quo of independent personality and vocational maturity of vocational nursing students and the relationship between the both aspects,and so as to provide theoretical support for the vocational nursing students＇ personality training and vocational education.Methods：A total of755 students in vocational colleges were investigated by using self-independence personality scale and the vocational maturity questionnaire.Results：The majority of characteristics of independent personalities including interpersonal responsibility,personal initiative,personal responsibility and interpersonal flexibility were significantly positively correlated with vocational maturity（r values were respective 0.44,0.42,0.39,0.38）.independent personality has a strong positive predictive power for their vocational maturity（R=0.64,F=73.60,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The independent personality of the vocational nursing students is closely related to their vocational maturity.
