提高益处发现的干预方法主要有认知行为管理、压力管理、同伴支持、补充和替代疗法、积极反思等方法,干预对象主要集中于乳腺癌、阿尔兹海默病、艾滋病病人等。提出益处发现的研究尚处于探索阶段。

There were many intervention methods that mainly included cognitive behavior management,stress management,peer support,complementary and alternative medicine and positive reflection to promote benefit finding.The intervention obj ects mainly focused on patients with breast cancer or alzheimer’s disease or AIDS. It put forward that the study on benefit finding was still in the stage of exploration.
