战创伤感染的历史沿革 被引量：2

摘要 人类对感染的认识是从传染病开始的。从起初鬼怪、瘴气理论，到疾病微生物理论提出、微生物学和免疫学等学科的形成，从人们提出空气中存在能传播疾病的微粒子到最终发现一个一个致病微生物，从让创面化脓的无毒脓思想的盛行到创面清创、消毒术建立，人类经历了漫长的时间。进入19世纪，出现了“微生物”、“细菌”等名称，并逐步发现一些特定的致病微生物，在此基础上，提出了判断致病微生物的细菌学三定律，即科赫法则。20世纪40年代，
