骶髂关节周围韧带的解剖及磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骶髂关节周围韧带包括骶髂骨问韧带、骶髂前韧带、骶髂后韧带、骶棘韧带、骶结节韧带和髂腰韧带。骶髂关节无内在的骨性稳定性,所以韧带在维持骶髂关节的稳定性上具有重要作用。传统的影像学(X线、CT)检查可以评估骨盆骨性结构的变化,但是难以显示韧带的情况。临床医师常通过骶髂关节或耻骨联合的分离或相关部位的撕脱骨折来推断韧带损伤情况。但是,这些判断缺乏直接、客观的临床证据。MRI在软组织的显像方面具有优势,
