油脂中抗氧化剂BHA的电化学检测方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用多孔碳修饰玻碳电极检测油脂中抗氧化剂丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)。对实验参数进行优化,得到最佳缓冲溶液为0.1 mol/L盐酸缓冲溶液,最佳修饰量为10μg。在最优条件下,利用时间-电流曲线,得到检测BHA的线性范围是0.80~150.00μg/m L,线性方程为y=0.1154x+0.3712,相关系数为0.9976,检出限为0.17μg/m L。 In this paper, butytated hydroxyanisole (BHA) was detected by glassy carbon electrode (GC) modified with porous carbon. The experimental conditions were optimized. The optimal buffer solution was 0.1 mol/L HCI buffer solution, and the best modifying amount is 10 pg. In the optimized conditions, the determination of BHA demonstrated an excellent linear equation of y=0.1154x+0.3712 in the range from 0.8 pg/mL to 150 pg/mL depending on the current and time curve, with the detection limit of 0.17 pg/ mE.
