摘要
在食品安全检测当中,需要对磺胺类药物(SAs)的残留做出快速准确的测定。利用磺胺类药物可以在一定电位下发生电聚合氧化反应的原理,基于玻碳电极,建立了一种快速检测磺胺药物的电化学方法。结果表明,磺胺在玻碳电极上的氧化聚合电位为1.085 V,氧化峰电流与磺胺浓度在7.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-4 mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.997,检测下限为1.0×10^-6 mol/L。同时,还对p H、富集方式和富集时间进行了研究。
Sulfonamides (SAs) need to be detected correctly and quickly in the field of food security. A new method for rapid detecting SAs was established based on the principle of electrical polymerization oxidation reaction of SAs by using the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) under a certain potential. Results showed that the electrical polymerization oxidation potential was 1.085 V and the oxidation peak current increased linearly with the concentration of SAs in the range of 7.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-4 mol/L with the linear coefficient 0.9973, and the detection limit was 1.0×10^-6 mol/L. The pH, accumulation method and accumulation time were also studied in this work.
