制造企业开展质量成本经济性分析

质量成本经济性分析能为企业降低成本,减少符合与非符合性成本;提高顾客满意度,赢得市场增加利润。本文阐述了质量成本和质量水平的关系,质量成本的结构以及质量成本管理体系的建立;并给出了质量损失(COPQ)分析案例。

the economic analysis of quality cost can reduce the costs for the enterprises especially the costs of conformance and nonconformance, improve the customer satisfaction, gain market share and add benefit. This paper introduces the relations between quality cost and quality level, the structure of quality cost and the establishment of the quality cost management system, and gives the analysis examples of quality loss （COPQ）.
