摘要 超市作为传统零售业与城市发展的象征,在互联网大潮的冲击下节节败退,原因在于多数超市有着复杂的内部结构,使人们望而却步。然而随着GIS技术的飞速发展,GIS技术在社会生活各方面的作用日益凸显,超市内部布局的不合理有了解决的契机。本文综合了数据挖掘关联规则方法与GIS空间分析技术,以信阳沃尔玛超市为例进行分析,探讨出对超市内部布局分析的量化方法,并结合实际案例进行优化设计,为更多的超市管理者提供直观的超市设计方法,以实现超市服务的优化与收益的扩大。 Supermarkets, as the symbol of traditional retail and city development, withdraw greatly under the impact of internet, because most supermarkets have the complex internal structure that causes people to be prohibitive. However, with the rapid development of GIS technology, the role of GIS technology in social life is increasingly prominent that makes a solution to the internal unreasonable layout of the supermarket. In this paper, combining data mining association rule method and the GIS spatial analysis technology, taking Wal-Mart supermarket in Xinyang as an example to analyze, explored the quantitative method of analyzing the internal layout of the supermarket, and combined with the actual case for optimization design, provided an intuitive supermarket design method for supermarket managers so as to realize the optimization of supermarket service and the expanding of profit.
