“互联网+农业”视域下河南省现代农业发展研究

Study on the Modern Agricultural Development in Henan Province from the Perspective of “Internet + agriculture”

"互联网+农业",将信息经济与传统产业结合,必然能够给传统产业以新机遇,给中小企业发展以空间,给农民(农民工)就业以机会。本文在对"互联网+农业"进行环境分析的基础上,提出了"互联网+农业"视域下的现代农业的应该具备的特征,以粮食优质高产为前提;以绿色、生态、健康为准则;转变农业发展方式,重塑农业产业链等;并以这些特征为标准,具体阐述河南省现代农业的发展现状。

＂Internet ＋ agriculture＂ combines information economy with traditional industries, it would be bound to give the traditional industries with new opportunities, give medium-small business with development space, and give the farmers （migrant workers） with employment opportunities. In this paper, based on the envi- ronment analysis of ＂Internet ＋ agriculture＂, we propose the characteristics required for modern agriculture, such as taking high quality and high yield of grain as the premise; taking green, ecological and healthy agricul- ture as the criterion; transforming agricultural development mode, and reshaping the agricultural industry chain etc. The last, taking these characteristics as the standard, the paper expounds the present situation of modern agriculture development in Henan province in detail.
