基于科技进步的区域科技投入与产出比较分析——以京、沪、粤、鄂为例

Comparative Analysis of the Regional Science & Technology Input and output based on the Scientific & Technical Progress——Take Beijing、Shanghai、Guangdong、Hubei as Examples

根据科技部公布的《全国科技进步统计监测报告》,将湖北省2009年至2013年的科技活动投入与产出的统计监测结果与京、沪、粤三个发达省市的科技活动投入与产出的统计监测结果进行对比分析,找出湖北省与其他三省市之间存在的差距,挖掘出制约湖北省科技进步水平进一步提高的"瓶颈"因素,进而深层次揭示因素背后的成因,有针对性地提出湖北应在企业科技投入、发明专利和技术出口三方面进一步加大力度。

According to the ＂national scientific and technological progress monitoring report＂by the minis- try of science and technology, there is a comparative analysis between the statistical and monitoring results of in- put and output of science and technology activities in Hubei province from 2009 to 2013 and the results in devel- oped provinces of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong. The purpose is to find out the gap between Hubei province and other three cities, and work out the bottleneck factor restricting the further improvement of science and tech- nology level in Hubei and then deeply reveal the causes of the factors. Finally it puts forward a targeted proposal that Hubei should take further actions in three aspects including the enterprise investment in science and tech- nology, patent invention, and the technology export.
