Study on the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy of University and College Graduates Employment

随着高等教育的快速发展,就业工作日益成为高等院校发展中的一项重要工作。文章分析我省就业存在的问题,指出了推动毕业生实现更高质量就业中的重要性和作用,提出了学校帮助学生规划自己的职业生涯、培养学生的创新创业能力、加大就业指导的力度的方法和促进大学生就业的措施。

With the rapid development of higher education, employment has increasingly become an impor- tant task in the development of colleges and universities. The article analyses the problems existing in the em- ployment in our province, points out the importance and effect of promoting graduates to achieve higher-quality employment, puts forward the methods that universities and colleges help students plan their own career, culti- vate the students＇ innovation ability, strengthen employment guidance and the measures promoting universities and colleges students＇ employment.
