Price is one of the key issues restricting the promotion and popularization of electronic books. Promoting the formation of reasonable price of e-books, should take comprehensive measures, such as unified technical standards, expansion of the reading market, solving of the copyright conflicts, the integration of indus- trial chain, etc.
