According to the current development situation of university library, combined with the charac- teristics of readers＇ demand in new period, this paper repositioned from different aspects, proposed the service strategy meeting the development of university and the diversified needs of readers in new period , at the same time, according to the needs of higher education development, proposed the construction strategy of university library.
