大数据时代不仅改变着人们的思维、生活以及工作方式,也在很大程度上改变着图书馆的发展方式。本文引出图书馆处理数据信息与大数据技术的共性所在,分析大数据时代高校图书馆数据资源建设和完善的策略,提出大数据时代高素质智慧专业人才是图书馆发展的瓶颈,并提出图书馆在智慧图书馆员培养的方向。

Big development mode data era not only changes the thinkingways, life and work of people, but also influences the of libraries to a great degree This paper introduces the common characterisics of the library data processing and big data techniques, analyses the strategies of the data resources construcion and perfec- tion of college libraries in big data environment, points out that the lack in intelligent and professional talents with high quality have been a bottleneck in big data environment, and proposes the intelligent librarians＇ train- ing direction for the library.
