俄罗斯总参军事学院教学实践对我军院校实战化教学的启示

Inspirations of Warfighting-oriented Teaching From Teaching Practices of the Military Academy of General Staff of Armed Forces of Russia

介绍了俄罗斯联邦武装力量总参军事学院的基本情况。对俄军及总参军事学院教学顶层设计、培训层次、军事理论体系、课程设置、教学模式、教员队伍建设等情况进行了分析。从优化顶层设计、完善教学内容、落实教学环节、打造新型教员队伍以及激发学员学习热情等方面对我军实战化教学提出几点启示。

The authors firstly introduce the basic information about the Military Academy of Gen-eral Staff of Armed Forces of Russia,and then analyze the construction of top-level design,levels of training ,system of military theory,curriculum setting,teaching modes,and construction of teaching staff.Then,some inspirations on warfighting-oriented teaching in the PLA,involving optimization of the top-level design,improvement of the teaching content,implementation of the teaching steps, building of a new-type teaching staff and stimulation of students＇learning enthusiasm,are presented.
