Experience and Lessons of Equipment Acquisition Management Reformation in US Army

为借鉴美国装备采办管理的经验,推进我军装备采办的发展,分析梳理了美军装备采办管理改革的历史沿革,研究提出了美军装备采办管理改革的四方面经验教训,逐一论述了装备采办管理有关领域存在的问题、主要改革举措、基本成效及未来趋势,并结合我军实际提出自身的认识和启示。

Aiming at obtaining the experience of equipment acquisition in US Army,to improve the development of equipment acquisition in the PLA,the authors analyzed the history of equipment acquisition management reformation in US Army,pointed out experience and lessons in four respects and then brought forward existing problems,main reform measures,basic results and future trends in equipment acquisition field.At last,the paper concluded with some realizations and inspirations for reform practice of the PLA.
