University-Enterprise Cooperation Training Model for Software Engineering Undergraduates

针对高校软件人才培养与企业需求脱节的问题,采取了高等学校与企业实训机构共商人才培养方案的"3+1"培养模式,构建了以素质培养为基础,以应用能力培养为主线,以就业为导向的人才培养方案。

For the gap between universities and enterprises on the software engineering talents training, this paper proposed the ＂3 ＋1＂ training model with universities and enterprises jointly consulting the talents training scheme, which was based on quality training, aiming at application ability training with employment oriented.
