摘要
城市建设用地扩展是城市化的显著特点之一,通过对城市建设用地扩展的研究,为城市有效控制城市扩展规模、合理分配土地、优化土地利用布局、调整土地政策指明正确的方向。随着科技的发展,空间信息技术有效地加强了城市建设用地扩展的动态监测,为研究城市建设用地扩展情况提供了有力的支持。论文基于2003年、2005年和2013年三期珠海市遥感影像数据,借助ENVI,ArcGIS软件,对影像进行预处理,使用剔除法提取珠海市建设用地信息,探究珠海市建设用地扩展特点和扩展因素。
Urban construction land expansion is one of the most striking features of urbanization, through analyzing expansion of urban construction land, we can point the correct way for the city to control the expansion scale effectively, distribute land rationally, optimize the layout of land use and adjust the land policy. With the development of technology, spatial information technology strengthened dynamic monitoring of construction land expansion effectively, provided Strong support for researching the expansion situation of urban construction land. In this paper, with the three periods date based on remote images in 2003,2005and2013 of Zhuhai. Preprocessing the data with the help of ENVI and ArcGIS, Using scalping method to extract the information of Zhuhai construction land. Researching the factor and feature of construction land expansion by means of analyzing the handled data and consulting Statistical Yearbook and the data of Zhuhai.
