19世纪英国女性教育管理者与公民社会的成长 被引量:2

摘要 19世纪英国女性教育管理者是新女性的代表。虽然她们在各地学校委员会任职的人数和权力有限,但她们在公共教育领域与男性分享管理权,实现从私人领域向公共领域的跨越。她们把19世纪自由主义改革精神融入到学校教育体系中,努力推进不同社会阶层、不同性别教育平等权的实现,促进公民社会民主平等精神的成长。她们从利他主义思想出发,强调女性的性别优势和中上层女性的社会责任,促进女性公民责任意识、权利意识的成长,推动社会公益事业的发展和公民社会的完善。
