介绍靶向抑杀肿瘤的抗体—药物偶联物(antibody-drug conjugates,ADCs)的组成及临床应用,评价三种外毒素作为ADCs的"弹头"药物抑杀肿瘤的应用前景,为充实ADCs的药物库及三种药物实现临床应用提供思路。

The composition and clinical application of ADCs were introduced, as well as the evaluation of application prospect about three exotoxins as ＂warhead＂ drugs of ADCs to kill tumor in this paper.
