摘要
目的探讨加味玉屏风散对变应性鼻炎(allergic Rhinitis,AR)大鼠模型中免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)的影响。方法采用卵清蛋白对SD雌性大鼠做全身致敏与局部攻击方法制作变应性鼻炎大鼠模型,给予加味玉屏风散灌胃后,心脏取血行ELISA法检测免疫球蛋白E。结果 4组间比较,模型组中血浆免疫球蛋白E含量显著高于正常组(P<0.01);2个治疗组中免疫球蛋白E的含量明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2个治疗组间免疫球蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义。结论加味玉屏风散能使变应性鼻炎大鼠模型中免疫球蛋白E减少,可起到抗过敏反应的作用。
Objective To study the effects of Modified Yuping Feng San on Immunoglobulin E (IgE) of rat model with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods Rat model of allergic rhinitis was produced by using ovalbumin on SD female rats. ELISA was used to detect heart blood immunoglobulin E after the model rats were given orally Modified Yuping Feng San. Results When compared between these four groups, the proportion of IgE in model group was significantly higher than normal group (P〈0.01). The counts of IgE in two treatment groups were less than model group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Modified Yuping Feng San can reduce IgE counts in the AR rat model, may play a role in anti-allergic.
