肌肉因子新成员:血管内皮生长因子B 被引量:3

摘要 血管内皮生长因子B(vascular endothelial growth factor-B,VEGFB)是血管内皮生长因子家族成员,在体内代谢旺盛的组织和细胞大量表达,尤其在骨骼肌的慢肌纤维。机体营养状况、运动训练调节VEGFB的mRNA表达。其通过分布于血管内皮细胞上的受体VEFG受体1和NRP1,上调脂肪酸转运蛋白的表达,刺激骨骼肌脂肪酸摄入,导致脂肪的异位沉积,参与胰岛素抵抗的发生。此外,VEGFB与心肌缺血性疾病及神经性退行性疾病的发生密切相关。本文将着重对其新发现的生物学功能及病理生理意义进行综述。
