摘要
目的比较配戴软性及硬性角膜接触镜对角膜形态及前房深度的影响。方法选取屈光不正患者60例(120眼),分别予以配戴软性角膜接触镜(soft contact lens,SCL)及透气性硬性角膜接触镜(rigid gas permeable contact lens,RGPCL),其中SCL组30例(60眼),RGPCL组30例(60眼),ObscanⅡ角膜地形图观察戴镜前及戴镜后1 a、2 a角膜屈光力、角膜前后表面Diff值、中央角膜厚度、前房深度的变化。结果戴镜前RGPCL组角膜上下表面屈光力差值为(0.98±0.49)D,戴镜后1 a为(0.66±0.43)D,戴镜后2 a为(0.59±0.37)D,均较戴镜前减小(P<0.05);戴镜后1 a、2 a角膜前表面屈光力均较戴镜前降低,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。SCL组戴镜后1 a、2 a角膜前后表面屈光力、I-S值、前后表面Diff值、前房深度与戴镜前比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);戴镜前中央角膜厚度为(549±26)μm,戴镜后1 a为(527±29)μm,与戴镜前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),戴镜后2a为(509±31)μm,与戴镜前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期配戴RGPCL对角膜代谢和功能影响不明显,且能够提供更好的光学矫正效果。
Objective To evaluate and compare the effects of soft contact lens(SCL) and rigid gas permeable contact lens(RGPCL)on corneal topography and anterior chamber depth.Methods One hundred and twenty eyes of 60 contact lens users were divided into two groups:SCL group and RGPCL group,30 cases(60 eyes) in each group.The corneal refraction,anterior and posterior corneal surface Diff values,central corneal thickness,anterior chamber depth before wearing CL and 1 year,2 years after wearing CL were measured and compared.Results The corneal I-S value before wearing RGPCL was(0.98 ±0.49) D,1year after wearing RGPCL was(0.66±0.43)D,and 2 years after wearing RGPCL was(0.59±0.37) D,there was statistical difference compared with that before wearing RGPCL(P〈0.05).At 2 years after wearing RGPCL,the average refractive power of anterior corneal surface was lower than that before wearing RGPCL(P〈0.05).There was no statistical difference in refractive power of anterior and posterior corneal surface,I-S value,anterior and posterior corneal surface Diff values and anterior chamber depth at 2 years after wearing SCL compared with before wearing SCL(all P〉0.05);Central corneal thickness before wearing SCL was(549±26)μm,at 1 year after wearing SCL was(527±29)μm,there was no statistical difference(P〉0.05),and at 2 years after wearing SC L was(509±31)μm,there was statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion RGPCL does not change the corneal metabolism and function,and can provide the better corrected refractive effects.
