摘要
根据变速器延伸箱压铸件结构特点,选择作为装配基准的底部平面为分型面,在对成形部分进行有效分割的基础上,设计了两套独立的抽芯结构,并给出了浇注系统及排溢系统布局图,生产合格铸件。
According to the structural characteristics of transmission extension box,large assembly datum plane was selected as parting surface.On the basis of forming part of the segmentation,two sets of independent core-pulling structure were designed.And the detailed casting and overflow system layout were presented.
