覆膜Mo粉SLS成形件熔渗金属工艺研究 被引量:1

Infiltration Treatment of SLS Parts with Polymer-coated Molybdenum Powders

摘要 制备可用于选择性激光烧结成形的覆膜钼粉,并用SLS技术成形了制件。在真空炉中对成形件进行了后处理试验,得到了脱脂、预烧结、渗金属的最佳工艺,制得了符合性能要求的渗铜件。对渗铜件的微观形貌和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,渗铜件性能得到了明显提高,孔隙率为3.2%,密度为9.68g/cm^3,抗拉强度为480-490 MPa,伸长率为12.1%-12.7%,冲击韧度为14.1-14.8kJ·m^-2。 Polymer-coated molybdenum powders for selective laser sintering(SLS)process were produced,and green parts were manufactured by SLS.After the prototyping parts were post-treated in the vacuum furnace,the desirable parameters with polymer removal,pre-sintering and infiltration were presented.The infiltration parts with satisfied mechanical properties were produced successfully.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the infiltration parts were analyzed.The results reveal that the properties of the parts prepared are improved greatly,where the parameters,such as the porosity,the density,tensile strength,the elongation and compact toughness reach 3.2%,9.68g·cm^-3,480-490 MPa,12.1%-12.7% and 14.1-14.8kJ·m^-2,respectively.
