T型三端磁性隧道结中散粒噪声及自旋输运性质的研究

Study on Spin-dependent Shot Noise in F/S/F Three-terminal Heterojunction

在外磁场存在条件下,对T型三端铁磁/半导体/铁磁异质结中的散粒噪声及其自旋输运性质进行了研究。考虑了铁磁体与半导体界面处存在δ型势垒、半导体中的自旋轨道耦合效应、量子尺寸效应对输运性质的影响,结果表明,相比二端口异质结,三终端各端的噪声均有所下降,并且各端口间相互关联,出现此消彼长的现象,加入外磁场时,不同终端的散粒噪声随磁场强度的增大均做振幅变化的周期性振荡,并且相位相反。这些特点可以为设计新型自旋量子器件提供参考。

The shot noise and transmission coefficients of electron tunneling were studied theoretically through the F/S/F three-terminal heterojunction in the presence of Rashba spin-orbit interaction.The effects of the quantum size and Rashba spin-orbit coupling were discussed.It is shown that the average of the shot noise as well as the oscillation frequency for three-terminal heterojunction is less than that for the traditional two terminal heterojunction because the three-terminal heterojunction decreases the transmission probability of each terminal.Moreover,the amplitude of the shot noise will change as the increase of magnetic field intensity.These results may be useful for the understanding and the designing of quantum spintronic devices.
