摘要
以2-溴-4′-氟苯乙酮及硫脲为原料,经取代、缩合和酰化后,再与N-杂环化合物反应,合成得到5个N-杂环取代氨基噻唑衍生物,其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR表征。
Five novel N-hetercycle substitued aminothiazole derivatives were synthesized through a series reactions using 2-amino-4-phenylthiazole as starting material. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.
