信息技术对服务企业组织敏捷性影响的实证研究

Empirical Study of the Impact of Information Technology on Organizational Agility of Service Enterprises

本文以117家知识密集型服务企业为样本,实证研究了IT资产、IT能力对组织敏捷性的影响,为学术界理解"IT-敏捷性"矛盾提供了新的思路。研究结果表明,IT资产(除IT资产规模)和IT能力对服务企业组织敏捷性有直接正向影响,同时IT能力对IT资产与组织敏捷性之间的关系有积极调节效应。文章为服务企业如何利用信息技术提升组织敏捷性提供了管理建议。

This paper empirically studies the influences of IT assets and IT capability on organizational agility by selecting a sample of 117 knowledge-intensive service enterprises, and provides a new train of thought for the solution to the ＂IT-agility＇contradiction. The re- sults show that IT assets（except IT assets size） and IT capability have the direct positive in- fluences on service enterprises~ organizational agility; at the same time, IT capability also plays a positive adjustment role in the relationship between IT assets and organizational agili- ty.This paper provides service enterprises with management advices for how to use informa- tion technology to improve their organizational agility.
