摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)和溴化N-烯丙基吡啶([APy]Br)为单体,制备了一种离子液体聚合物黏土抑制剂AM/[APy]Br。通过单因素实验法确定了最佳反应条件为:m(AM)∶m([APy]Br)=15∶1,w(引发剂)=0.8%,其中,n(K2S2O8)∶n(Na HSO3)=1∶1,反应温度50℃。并对AM/[APy]Br进行了FTIR和1HNMR表征,对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,在室温下,2 000 mg/L AM/[APy]Br溶液防膨率为80.90%,当温度为90℃时,其防膨率仍达77.97%;2 000 mg/L AM/[APy]Br溶液与0.3 mol/L KCl溶液复配后,防膨率可达96.20%;与0.2 mol/L KCl溶液复配后,防膨率高于0.3 mol/L KCl溶液,复配溶液经4次冲刷,防膨率仍可达76.17%;占溶液总质量3.0%AM/[APy]Br与3.0%KCl复配溶液浸泡后的Na-MMT晶层间距(1.57 nm)明显优于单独使用同等浓度KCl浸泡后的Na-MMT晶层间距(1.62 nm)。
An ionic liquid polymer was synthesized using acrylamide( AM) and bromide N-allylpyridine( [APy]Br) as clay inhibitor. The optimum synthetic conditions were investigated by single factor method. The results were as follows: m( AM) ∶ m( [APy]Br) = 15 ∶ 1,w( initiator) = 0. 8%,the molar ratio of K2S2O8 and Na HSO3 was 1 ∶ 1,and the reaction temperature was 50 ℃. The polymer was characterized by means of FTIR and1 HNMR. It is found that the anti-swelling rate was 80. 90% under2 000 mg / L of AM /[APy]Br solution at room temperature,and the anti-swelling rate could remain77. 97% at 90 ℃. When 2 000 mg / L polymer solution was compounded with 0. 3 mol / L KCl,the antiswelling rate could reach 96. 20%; 0. 2 mol / L KCl compounded with 2 000 mg / L AM /[APy]Br gave higher anti-swelling rate than 0. 3 mol / L KCl solution,and when it was scoured four times,the antiswelling rate was still 76. 17%. The d-spacing of sodium montmorillonite( Na-MMT) was 1. 57 nm when soaked in the mixed solution which contained 3. 0% AM /[APy]Br and 3. 0% KCl,which was less than that of Na-MMT soaked in KCl solution( 1. 62 nm).
