摘要
结合广东某高速公路桥面防水层应用SEAL100R防水密封材料项目,通过室内室外试验,测定了使用SEAL100R处理后混凝土的吸水性、耐磨性、抗氯离子腐蚀性和防水性。试验研究表明,水泥混凝土用SEAL100R进行处理后,能提高混凝土的密实度与强度,提高抗氯离子渗透与抗碳化能力,改善新混凝土的表面收缩与抗裂和抗冻融破坏能力。在桥面防水工程中应用,能降低施工劳动力成本、施工简便。
According to a lot of indoor and outdoor tests,the reseach explored the water absorption,the wear resistance,the corrosion to resistance chlorion and waterproofness of concrete that proccessed by SEAL-100 R,based on Guangdong a highway bridge deck waterproof layer application project that proccessed by SEAL-100 R that is a waterproof sealing material. The experimental study indicates that concrete proccessed by SEAL-100 R that can improve the compactness and strength of concrete,enhance the ability to resist chlorion penetration and carbonation resistance,further more improve the shrinkage,anti_cracking,freezeproof of the surface of the concrete. In bridge deck waterproof engineer,this new concrete can reduce the labor cost and convenient to construct.
