基于光纤光栅技术量测路面材料的温度与应变 被引量:1

摘要 探讨光纤光栅传感器(FBG)于光谱分析仪上所读取的光波频谱图的中心波长,在温度与应变作用下,测试出中心波长的漂移量与温度及应变的关系式,结果显示其温度与应变的误差可达到0.13℃及6με,并对于混凝土试件温度的重复性与稳定性都有不错的效果;对于混凝土试件的应变的量测,结果显示,FBG传感器在中心波长1 548、1 554 nm的应变与荷载关系式分别为0.256、0.235με/N。此简单、成本不高的FBG传感器若能再进一步改善后,希望能实际应用于路面结构或交通基础建设中温度与应变的量测。 This study explore the fiber Bragg grating( FBG) sensor on the spectrum analyzer is read by the center of the spectrum wavelengths,under the influence of temperature and strain,the quantity of center wavelength drift test and the relation between the temperature and strain,the result shows that the error of the temperature and strain can reach 0. 13 ℃ and 6 mu epsilon,and for the repeatability and stability of the concrete specimen temperature has good effect; For concrete specimen strain measurement,the results show that FBG sensors in the center wavelength of 1 548 nm,1 554 nm relation between strain and load were 0. 256 mu epsilon / N and 0. 235 mu epsilon / N. This simple,the cost is not high FBG sensors can be further improved,hoping to practical application in the pavement structure and traffic infrastructure of temperature and strain measurement.
