摘要
为了提高环氧沥青混合料的低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能,通过黏度、BBR、马歇尔、低温弯曲和三分点加载疲劳试验分析了1%~5%聚酯纤维掺量对环氧沥青及其混合料性能的改善作用。试验结果表明:掺聚酯纤维后,改性环氧沥青的容留时间缩短,且聚酯纤维掺量越大,改性环氧沥青黏度增长越快,容留时间越短;聚酯纤维的加入改善了环氧沥青及其混合料的低温抗裂性,且2%~3%纤维掺量条件下改性环氧沥青的抗疲劳性能最佳。综合考虑聚酯纤维改性环氧沥青混合料的路用性能和施工和易性,推荐最佳聚酯纤维掺量为2%~3%。
In order to improve the resistance of low temperature cracking and fatigue properties of epoxy asphalt mixture. various tests including viscosity,BBR,Marshall,cold bending and three-point loading fatigue test were carried out to analyze the improvement of 1% ~ 5% polyester fiber content on epoxy asphalt and its mixture. The results showed that: After mixed polyester fiber,the reserved time of modified epoxy asphalt shortened slightly,and the polyester fiber content greater the viscosity modified epoxy asphalt grow faster; The addition of polyester fiber improved the low temperature crack resistance of epoxy asphalt and its mixture. the Performance of Anti-fatigue Epoxy Asphalt Mixture achieve the best under the 2% ~ 3% polyester fiber content. Considering the polyester fiber modified epoxy asphalt pavement performance and workability,recommend the best polyester fiber content of 2% ~ 3%.
