摘要
采用控制应力的方式对硫磺改性厂拌温再生沥青混合料的疲劳性能进行了室内试验研究,分析了不同的再生工艺条件下沥青混合料疲劳寿命指标的变化规律。试验结果表明:对于硫磺改性温再生沥青混合料的疲劳性能来说:1旧料掺量为60%时性能最优;2硫磺改性剂掺量为1.0%时性能最佳;3混合料空隙率控制在3%~7%时性能较好;4压实温度控制在120℃以上性能较好;5新料和旧料的充分搅拌对于疲劳性能非常重;6旧料中少量水份对于疲劳性能影响较小,可通过调整搅拌时间和拌和温度进行弥补。
This paper studies the fatigue performances of sulfur modification warm-recycled asphalt mixture by controlling the stress model,and analyze the influence law of different recycling-technology on the fatigue life of asphalt mixture. The experiment result indicate that fatigue performance is best when RAP content is 60%,when sulfur modifier content is 1. 0%,when void ratio of mixture is between 3% ~7%,when compaction temperature is controlled over 120 ℃,and when new aggregate and RAP is sufficient mixed. And the water inside RAP has little influence on fatigue performance,which can be remedy by modify mixing time and mixing temperature.
