摘要
目的分析苏州地区妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)与正常妊娠者早孕期血清25羟维生素D〔25-hydroxy vitamin D,25(OH)D〕水平差异,为妊娠期补充维生素D,及是否可能成为妊娠期糖尿病的潜在预防策略提供实验依据。期研究工作。方法选择2013年1月在南京医科大学附属苏州医院产科门诊进行产前保健的孕妇,分为正常妊娠组及GDM组,取妊娠13-16周孕妇血清,排除慢性肝病、甲状腺功能亢进和结缔组织疾病者。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清25(OH)D水平,同时计算BMI值,比较正常妊娠组及GDM组25(OH)D水平和BMI值。结果 1GDM组25(OH)D水平为(15.77±5.69)nmol/L,明显低于正常妊娠组(25.05±4.04)nmol/L(P〈0.05);2GDM组BMI值为(22.95±3.77)kg/m^2,对照组BMI为(21.65±4.03)kg/m^2,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论苏州地区孕妇维生素D水平普遍不足,GDM组较对照组维生素D水平更低,孕妇应该根据自身情况额外补充维生素D制剂。
Objective To analyze the difference of serum 25- hydroxyvitamin D3〔25( OH) D〕levels between gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM) patients and normal pregnant women in Suzhou,provide experimental basis for supplementation of vitamin D during pregnancy and whether vitamin D supplementation can be used as a potential preventive measure for GDM. Methods The pregnant women receiving prenatal health care in Obstetric Outpatient of the hospital in January 2013 were selected and divided into normal pregnancy group and GDM group; serum specimens of pregnant women during 13- 16 gestational weeks were obtained; the pregnant women with chronic liver diseases,hyperthyroidism,and connective tissue diseases were excluded; ELISA was used to detect serum 25( OH) D levels,body mass index( BMI) was calculated; 25( OH) D levels and BMI values in the two groups were compared. Results The level of 25( OH) D in GDM group was( 15. 77 ± 5. 69) nmol / L,which was statistically significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group 〔( 25. 05 ±4. 04) nmol / L〕( P 〈0. 05); BMI in GDM group and normal pregnancy group were( 22. 95 ± 3. 77) kg / m^2and( 21. 65 ± 4. 03) kg / m^2,respectively,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency is common among pregnant women in Suzhou,especially in GDM pregnant women,the pregnant women should supplement vitamin D preparation according to their own situations.
