摘要
目的在信息、动机、行为技巧理论基础上构建大学生艾滋病预防行为影响因素的结构方程模型,为开展大学生AIDS健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法对南京市5所高校3183名大学生进行大学生AIDS预防行为影响因素的自填式匿名问卷调查,采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果大学生AIDS传播信息得分较高,及格率为97.9%。不同性别大学生AIDS预防动机和行为技巧差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结构方程模型结果显示,信息对预防行为的总体效应为0.096,间接效应为0.096。动机对预防行为的总体效应为0.354,直接效应为0.069,间接效应为0.285。行为技巧对预防行为的总体效应为0.849,AIDS信息和预防动机均可通过行为技巧影响AIDS预防行为,行为技巧是AIDS预防行为的主要影响因素。结论应从信息、动机、行为技巧三方面进行综合干预促进大学生AIDS预防行为的发生。
Objective To construct the structural equation model(SEM) on influencing factors on AIDS prevention behavior based on information-motivation-behavioral skills (IMB) model among college students, to provide scientific basis for AIDS health education. Methods A self-administered questionnaire on influencing factors on AIDS prevention behavior was conducted among 3183 students,who were chosen from five universities in Nanjing by using stratified cluster multistage sam- pling. Data were analyzed with structural equation model. Results The transmission knowledge score of AIDS was relatively high,and the pass rate was 97. 9%. There is a difference on AIDS motivation and behavioral skills between male and female students. The results of structural equation model indicated that information's total and indirect effects on prevention behavior was 0. 096 ,motivation's total effect,direct effect and indirect effect on prevention behavior was 0. 354,0. 069 and 0. 285 respec- tively ,behavioral skill's total effect on prevention behavior was 0. 849. Both information and motivation can affect prevention behavior, and the main impact factor was behavioral skills. Conclusion It should be joined information, motivation and behavioral skills on AIDS prevention behavior.
