抗链球菌治疗寻常性银屑病的系统评价 被引量：5

摘要 寻常性银屑病是银屑病最常见的类型，链球菌在其病因学中的作用逐渐被重视。已有研究证实，链球菌感染在慢性斑块状银屑病中发挥重要作用，给予利福平或者青霉素等药治疗能够缓解皮损。另外，滴状银屑病和上呼吸道感染密切相关，链球菌咽喉部感染常先于或者同时发生于滴状银屑病发病期或加重期。然而有文献指出，
