华南地区猪场猪流感和甲型H1N1/2009流感病毒的血清学调查 被引量:10

Serological survey of swine influenza virus and 2009 H1N1 pandemic influenza virus on pig farms in southern China

摘要 为了解华南地区猪场猪流感病毒(SIV)和甲型H1N1/2009流感病毒(H1N1pdm09)的流行情况,本研究采用血凝抑制试验(HI),对2013年~2014年从5个省份采集的2208份血清样品进行SIV和H1N1pdm09流感病毒血清学检测,结果显示阳性血清共1269份(57.42%),其中广东省和广西省的感染率最高(p〈0.01)。H1N1SIV、H3N2SIV和H1N1pdm09流感病毒抗体阳性率分别为22.51%、32.97%和26.49%。H1N1pdm09流感病毒的抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)最高(91.93+1.04,p〈0.05)。H1N1SIV和H3N2SIV在冬季血清阳性率最高,然而在冬末(2月)阳性率却最低(p〈0.01)。H1N1pdm09流感病毒抗体阳性率在5月和9月出现高峰(p〈0.01)。母猪的H1N1SIV和H1N1pdm09流感病毒抗体阳性率高于仔猪和育肥猪,但仔猪的H3N2SIV抗体阳性率却比较高。本研究为华南地区猪场SIV和H1N1pdm09流感病毒的预防提供参考依据。 In order to investigate the epidemics of swine influenza viruses (S1V) and 2009 H1N1 pandemic influenza virus (H1Nlpdm09) on pig farms in southern China, a total of 2,208 pig serum samples collected fxom five provinces during Oct. 2013 to Sept. 2014 were detected by the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) tests against H1N1 SIV, H3N2 SIV and H1Nlpdm09 virus, and the total positive surum rate was 57.42% (1,269/2,208). Higher seroprevalences were found in Guangdong and Guangxi. The seroprevalences against H1N1 SIV, H3N2 SIV and H1Nlpdm09 virus were 22.51%, 32.97% and 26.49%, respectively. The geometric mean antibody titers of H 1N 1 pdm09 virus was the highest (91.93 _+ 1.04, p〈0.05). The prevalence of H 1N 1 and H3N2 SIV was characterized by a large peak in winter, then sharp declined in the late winter (February). While, the prevalence of H1Nlpdm09 virus appeared the first peak in May, then declined and followed by another peak in September (p〈0.01). Compared with piglets and finishing pigs, the seroprevalences against H1N1 SIV and H1Nlpdm09 virus in sows were higher. However, the seroprevalenee against H3N2 SIV in piglets was relatively higher. These data provided reference basis for the prevention of swine influenza on pig farms in southern China.
