首秦龙汇球团厂配加澳洲精粉的研究与实践

摘要 澳洲精粉含硅低,有利于降低球团矿SiO2含量,但其粒度粗,颗粒形貌与普通矿粉差异甚大。首秦龙汇球团厂通过开展配加澳洲精粉的试验研究和生产实践,摸索出了适合的配用量和工艺操作制度。实践证明,澳洲精粉配比为15%时,球团产量和质量能得到保证,同时可有效降低膨润土消耗,提高球团矿品位。 The silicon content of Australian concentrate fines is low, which is favorable for reducing the SiO2 content of pellets, but their particle size is big and their particle morphology is very different from that of the ordinary iron ore fines. By carrying out the experimental study and production practice of pelletizing proportioned with Australian concentrate fines in Shouqinlonghui pelletizing plant, the suitable proportion and process operation system are worked out. The practice shows that, when the proportion of Australian concentrate fines is 15% , the pellet production and quality can be ensured, and in the meanwhile the bentonite consumption can be decreased effectively and the pellet grade can be improved.
