摘要
宁钢烧结烟气循环系统是中国大陆第一套投入工业化应用的烟气循环利用系统,借鉴国外烟气循环系统的经验,结合宁钢自身的工艺布局特点,形成了具有自身特色的烟气循环工艺。为验证该系统满负荷生产下的节能减排效果,宁波钢铁邀请第三方检测评估单位,对该系统进行了试验。结果表明,满负荷生产时,该系统在降低能耗、减少污染物排放方面都有明显的效果。
The Ningbo Steel sintering flue gas recirculation system is the first set of flue gas recirculation utilization system put into industrial application in China's Mainland, by referring the experience of overseas flue gas recirculation system and in combination with the Ningsteel self process layout characteristics,the self-characteristics flue gas recirculation process is formed. In order to verify the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the system in full load production, Ningbo Steel invited the third party evaluation unit to test the system. The result shows that, while in full load production, the system indicates obvious effect in terms of reducing energy consumption and reducing pollutants emission.
