摘要
为了综合利用焦化产生的酚氰废水,实现企业废水零排放,首钢京唐烧结厂就使用酚氰废水对有害元素贡献、对烧结设备以及对烧结过程中生石灰消化、粘性和成矿等方面的影响进行了系统研究。在此基础上,针对设备进行改造,稳定了焦化酚氰废水的使用量,同时将其对烧结矿质量的影响降到最小。
In order to comprehensively utilize the phenol cyanogen waste water produced in coking and realize zero emission of industry waste water,the effects of phenol cyanogen waste water on harmful elements contribution,on sintering equipment and on quicklime digestion, viscosity and mineralization in sintering process are studied systematically in this paper. Based on this, the equipment is modified, the coking phenol cyanogen waste water consumption is stabilized and its influence on sinter quality is reduced to minimum.
