构建信息网格是为了提高位于不同地域资源的共享与管理能力。介绍了网格和信息网格的核心概念及关键要素,将电磁频谱管理看成由若干区域节点的频谱资源管理问题,构建了基于信息网格的电磁频谱资源管理的体系结构,设计了进行资源管理的基本工作流程。

After introducing the key concept and element of grid and information grid, the electromagnetic spectrum management is transformed into spectrum resource management of many regional nodes, the system framework based on information grid is set up, and the basic workflow of the resource management is designed.
