摘要
利用可视化高压水合物生成装置对纳米石墨粉(NGP)以及SDBS添加剂体系中CO2+N2混合气体的水合物法分离进行实验研究。以CO2回收率和分离因子作为主要评价参数,研究了实验温度,初始压力以及添加剂对分离效果的影响。结果发现,温度越低,压力越高,分离效率越高,并且纳米石墨粉可以很好的提高混合气体的分离效率。
The visualization device of high-pressure hydrate formation was used to research the separation efficiency of CO2+N: gas mixture by hydrate method in the systems with the nano graphite powder (NGP) or SDBS as additive. The recovery rate of CO2 and the separation factor were used as the main evaluation parameters. By studying the effects of temperature, initial pressure and additives on the separation efficiency, it was found that lower temperature and higher pressure led to higher separation effect, and the nano graphite powder could improve the separation efficiency effectively.
